Secondly, in 2008, drunk driving, DUI or alcohol impaired driving there were 41 percent of intoxicated drivers (with a blood-alcohol content at or above 0.08 percent) involved in fatal crashes were speeding, compared with 15 percent of sober drivers involved in fatal crashes.
From the above facts I am sure you will agree that DUI insurance are high risk drivers.
