David : Jackonsvilee FL : My mother is a senior citizen but his car insurance premium have increased and when we asked her insurers they said that he is also considered as a high risk driver here in Jacksonville. How could that happen, isn’t she should get lower premium since she has the discounts from being a senior citizen? I thought only DUI and SR22 car insurance rates were high.
